One person started to make my Chai Tea and then the lady doing my food had to come and take over. Food order was only 2 pumpkin leaves not even heated. They must have ran out of Chai Tea. It took quite a long time for 2 people to make one Chai Tea. The worst Chai ever. It taste like warm water down milk. NO FLAVOR. Come there if you want to spend 20-30 min waiting for your coffee. Super slow.
worst customer service I’ve ever seen at any Starbucks. The same two ladies were working the second time I tried this location and I stood in line as the next customer up for five minutes with no acknowledgment. Then I walked out to go look for a different Starbucks. The first time I went to this Starbucks I waited in line for 10 minutes, the lady on the cashier was so slow. Very disappointing to have a sign that says you close at 10 PM and everywhere on the Internet to say that you close at 10 PM and for someone to arrive at 9:37 PM and be told that they closed already for the day. Someone from Starbucks corporate needs to check into this.
One employee was making drinks and I had to watch another employee aimlessly clean the counter all while waiting for a simple black coffee. Someone should really teach the barista’s what the word priorities means
