SERVICE was horrible. Waited for about 10 minutes. Plave was empty. We left because staff was talking among themselves.
Do not go to this Starbucks if you plan to use your sbux perks. They DO NOT accept any rewards -especially birthday. And the prices are higher than normal sbux.

Cockroaches and Refusal to Serve Water 1. Refusal to Provide Free Potable Water I entered the café and requested a cup of potable tap water. The staff attempted to charge me $3 and some change. I clarified that I was asking for free potable water, not bottled or specialty water. The staff then informed me that, per store policy, customers must purchase an item to receive free drinking water. I can’t say how disappointed I am in the service. Alisa at the cashiers was the slowest person I’ve ever met in retail. Her managers need to know This is probably person that should be doing something else instead of running cashier.
