Snarky and gave a short straw for a big drink after going back for a reorder that gave me whole milk instead of oatmilk, this is the fourth time I've had a problem with this establishment. Going to Seven brew moving forward.
I dont come to town often but I did today for a sweet drink treat. Unfortunately I was helped by I believe her name was, Jolene, and she was very rude to those around her, tho she was nice to me it wasn't very fair to see how she was treating her coworkers. As approaching Starbucks I had no signal on my phone when I drive up to drive thru my order went in and the manager at window replied you just placed 2 seconds ago now on whether it was two by or three seconds what does that matter there were 5 cars ahead of me giving them enough time to prepare my order and move on but as I approached I was ready to ask her why she was rude and she refused service now this is at northwest of Corpus Christi store I asked to speak to manager and she said I am the above oh well I reported her ... read more
