I had a disappointing experience today with the staff at the window. When I politely asked to have my order remade, the employee responded with a rude attitude and even slammed the window. We were also left waiting for straws. It felt like we were not welcome to be served, so we ended up leaving disappointed.
So everything is fine except the location is odd. I say that bc when the drive thru gets full, it will wrap around the parking lot and sometimes cause traffic issues on Saratoga. But I love me some starbies.
