Ever since y'all took away deals like free drinks or the drinks were 4 for 20 dollars on Friday I feel that's how y'all lost ur customers. If u want ur customers back start doing deals again... 7 brew coffee is pretty good but I've always stuck with Starbucks. Meet the customers half way
Even after the mobile app boom, service is still great and prompt! I didnt stay but I was happy to see there was a place to sit and enjoy sipping and socializing with friends.
