I ordered a slice of their banana nut bread. Never received it after waiting several minutes. I went to the counter and asked where my order was, and they looked confused. I explained to them I had just ordered it, but they were still giving me a hard time. I ended up just leaving in disgust. The place was not busy at all, but the service was terrible.
Make sure you clarify what you do and dont want, they added whipped cream and caramel when I didn't ask for either, I dont even like whipped cream OR caramel lol
Came here for my morning drink and had Horrible customer service. Being a prior barista I was shocked at the lack of customer connection/ service here. Ryan was rude at the drive thru and the drink was given to me all messy. Last time spending my money here.
One of the slowest starbucks. I figured it's large with drive through, service would be fast. I was wrong. With the number of people there, very much other Statbucks would beat this one hand down.
This place is nice because it's spacious, quiet, and has a variety of chairs and tables.
