Truthfully speaking the atmosphere is very nice, very spacious, and I love that I was able to get work done. However, the staff could honestly do A LOT better with customer service. Specifically speaking to the barista Bree, I asked her the bathroom code and she said “omg I’m so sick of people asking” and then proceeded to give me the code. Awesome environment. Was able to do my work. Customer service was excellent.
The manager here didn’t let my 4 year old use the bathroom because we weren’t buying anything. It’s 8:30am on a Monday - there were barely any customers inside and they definitely could’ve made an exception for my young child.
Flavor is always there is the service, Danielle was rude and short with customer. If customers service is not her thing she should just make the drinks.
Girl in the drive thru with the short hair and tattoos is super friendly and I was glad to get coffee from her while staying at knotts
