Not all Starbucks are either trained the same or managed the same. I ordered my usual Carmel Frappuccino with extra caramel and line the cup with Carmel. With that the cup is usually lined all the way from top to bottom and some Carmel in the bottom, then the whip cream fills the lid with Carmel on it. Not the case today, I ordered estimated pickup was 9:53 am I go into the store my order didn’t switch to in progress until 10:01 then at 10:03 the manager switched it to ready when it was not.
