This location is SO INCONSISTENT their drinks are MOSTLY watered down.. I pay way too much to have a watered down drink.. I keep trying to give them another chance and I regret it every single time!!

Nine minute wait for a coffee and a baked good. While the drive thru got their stuff, we waiting inside for ours. Always do the drive thru, they clearly get priority. When they tell you it’s being worked on, it only means they have your order. Average drive thru wait was less than three minutes according to their monitors.
Went inside and had to wait nearly 40mins for 1 drink. I could've went through the drive through 3x since they only served the drive through and in store customers were neglected. In-store was packed full of unhappy faces who had been there way too long. There were approximately 6 chairs across 3 small tables. They were obviously not short staffed, or too short. I counted at least 6 members on shift.
