Great service! Came here for pup cups after a few hours at the park
So I went to this location on monday july 21st at about 5:30pm had a mobile order, and the app doesn’t let me add splenda to the particular drink I was ordering, so I pull up to the window and ask the guy, like “hey I was trying to add splenda but the app won’t let me” to which he simply replied “I don’t know” didn’t even look up, did not ask if I wanted some splenda, nothing. then he just handed me a very poorly made drink, didn’t even know how to make it right, so that costed nearly $10 and the worst customer service EVER
Am wondering why my order takes 3 minutes in Starbucks Houston galleria which have 5 staff behind the counter & it”s super busy & here order takes 10 to 15 minutes!!!!!!!
