I go to Starbucks almost everyday and I hate to complain but I’m so tired of how poor the wait times are. I ordered my food and my drink from home on my way to work (mind you I live 20 minutes away). Today when I got there my drink wasn’t ready or my food. It said a 10 minute wait time on the app. They got my drink out after about 5 minutes but then another 10 goes by and they finally come up with an empty bag for my food that says “sorry we’re out” that’s understandable but what isn’t it that I stood there for 15 minutes an... read more
