I ordered my usual drink- caramel crunch ribbon frappe with extra caramel, and extra crunch, this old lady charged me extra for both, when I questioned what was the “ Starbucks product charge” was since there’s an option to select if I wanted anything extra vs standard. She shrugged me off by saying she can’t do anything since there’s no manager on site and proceeded to walk away. Rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills at all. My friend came in to ask for egg bites and a drink, showing pictures of what she wanted since she does not speak english well). The two high school girls were being extremely rude and nasty and kept saying they couldn’t read what was shown to them when clearly they didn’t want to work. Shocker for this new generation. You’re better off eating somewhere else
