So I had a really bad experience and contacted Management twice in a row, but then today I’ll come in warm smiles writing on my cup the specific drink I want it was sold out, however after asking what I like, the barista was able to craft up a drink to satisfy my latte itch. Thanks a lot!!!! He did a great job and the cashier was absolutely great
This place used to be good and timely but not sure what happened! I’ve now had to leave to catch the train without collecting my order twice despite ordering more than 30 minutes ahead of time. Feels ridiculous to wait 40 mins for a hot tea.
Update: unfortunately have to update my review. Looks like staff has changed and the barista working today at 2pm had such a bad attitude and work ethic. We checked the time stamps on our drinks and it took 10 mins to get a cold brew, and they weren’t busy. She was moving as slow as possible and looked as if she couldn’t care less. She also gave up calling out drinks so the poor ladies before us didn’t even realize their drinks were sitting there for 5 mins.
