My last experience at this particular Starbucks location was extremely unpleasant. I went to order a venti pink drink but requested for it to be split into two grande cups. However, I was told that it was a store policy that they no longer offer this option. I found this policy to be questionable since there was no line at the store, and I was the only customer there for a good 7 minutes. This is the worst Starbucks, they switched to pick up only , it’s ridiculous we can’t sit in a Starbucks anymore every one is moving next door to the Panera !
This a pickup/drive through location not a Cafe.
