Right from the start, the experience was disappointing. When we placed our order, the manager was extremely rude while taking it, no friendliness, no basic customer service, just an unpleasant interaction. We ordered a Mango Strawberry Refresher, but were given a Mango Dragon Fruit instead. You could clearly, clearly see dragon fruit in the drink, not strawberries. Every-time me and my girlfriend come in we are always welcomed by the workers especially Augustina and Diego. We always get great amazing service! This is my favorite Starbucks by far! The only setback is that they don’t have the Starbucks grilled cheese ☹️
Got here at 6:05 says they’re open till 7:00 went 10 minutes out of the way and they are closed 50 minutes early. Change your hours
