Great experience no line very friendly patient and drink was made correctly.
They charge 70 cents for addition of heavy cream. It's free in every single other branch I've visited AND online. But you can't order from this branch online. When I brought it up to the barista, he told me "they (other branches) were probably just being nice to you". Gaslight much? Just go to the actual starbucks branch right across the street. Don't give your money to these scammers.
I usually come to this Starbucks as it is the nearest one, however I stopped by yesterday and had an unpleasant experience with an associate. He did not tell me my total and just reached out for my card, exchanged NO WORDS whatsoever. Just silence and an annoyed glare… very rude and unpleasant. Not sure why but he does this every time I see him…
Went today to pick up a mobile order, I simply asked for my sandwich because it had passed some time, I asked the girl making the drinks because she was the closest to see if my food item was ready and all she said was "I am not doing food" Like bruh it was just a question, I wasn't rude at all, seems like she was not having a good day, which is not the costumers fault mostly when the costumer is asking in a polite way.
