I’m a long-time customer of this location. Once upon a time, I would’ve (without hesitation) given this particular store 5 stars. Unfortunately, it appears that some of the ‘superstar’ baristas have moved on. Nowadays, there seems to be an influx of new hires who don’t know how to make drinks that align with customer preferences. Additionally, this location has become known for LONGGGGG wait times in-store even when the drive-thru isn’t busy!
