I am giving this a low rating strictly based off of the new policy/standard of not marking out product in the mobile system when it is actually out. I used to work for SB and so I know mornings can be hectic so I always make it a point to give more than enough time when placing a mobile order. Today I had 2 drinks that I placed 25 mins ahead of time. I get there and they let me know they did not have the syrup needed for that drink. They now show a camera which you can tell the barista are judging u today i got called a man and laugh at which I didn’t fine funny they need to do better if it going they face then on top of that he mess of my order
