I went through the drivethru at Starbucks on Lincoln Highway in Matteson, IL on 3/14 at 10:00AM. I cannot express how amazing the customer service was by Brie. She started off by saying, Hi, my name is Brie. What is yours? I thought that was so kind. As someone who has worked in the service industry most of my life, I was IMPRESSED!!! She was so friendly and communicated extremely well. She needs a raise and to be recognized. Thank you for employing Brie. Great job!
I’ve been sitting in the Matteson Starbucks for a couple of hours today while work is being done at my home, and I just had to leave a review for the wonderful team here. Everyone has been kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. I even watched the manager training a new employee while keeping everything running smoothly. The store has been kept very clean, with staff constantly wiping tables and tidying up.
