My drink turned out amazing and the employee was super nice!
Got 2 Carmel frapps today. The worker, BRITANY, didn't put any Carmel drizzle on the whip cream. When I asked for it, she said, "It doesn't come with Carmel." She literally tried to tell me that a CARMEL frapp doesn't come with Carmel.. the drink I've gotten for the last 25 years!!! Starbucks even advertises this drink in the photo with CARMEL. you can literally Google images, and not one picture won't have Carmel.
