Coming from a Starbucks manager I am very disappointed that it takes long to get a hot coffee and an iced americano. Who ever there shift leader or manager was there. You need your baristas to learn their job.
I always go there last two times I had couple drinks ( different drinks ) there is something about the syrup it doesn’t taste the same as before this is my honest experience. I feel they should check their syrups.
This is my 2nd time of this place that they are out of napkin for customers it just disappointed when u have a kid with you that made a mess on their face eating the chocolate chip and the shop don’t have napkins. The employee just said we’re out of napkins. Poor management for running out.
