Extremely friendly staff at the drive thru, at the front counter friendly was not was i experienced... my drink was not made correctly. Last time I went through the drive thru my drink was full of ice, yet the liquid did not reach the top of the ice. It looked as if someone drank a quarter of my drink. When I took it inside and showed the barrista (heavy set woman with dark hair) she was annoyed and asked what I wanted her to do, I just said I would like my full drink that I paid for. Great mocha Frappuccino.
Brandon was so incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond in customer service. The bathrooms are clean at this Starbucks. And the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.
