Save your money and patronize a better business possibly in a better city. One of the most incompetent Starbucks I've been too. Ordered a trenta ice tea when I got to the drive up window they handed me the tea when I asked for a straw they said they didn't have any. I told them I didn't want the tea and I wanted a refund, she reached over and handed me a straw. The ignorance of this crew amazes me
This is my favorite Starbucks in Northern California! The whole TEAM here is friendly and attentive! Yaya and Amy are my favorite’s!! I asked them why the coffee drinks are so much better here than anywhere else? They replied, “We make our drinks with Love!” I believe it!! Keep up the great work! Thank you!!
