Incredible experience at Starbucks and Jack was genuinely the best employee I’ve ever seen. The moment I walked in I felt at home through his welcoming comments.

Everyone was too busy to even acknowledge that someone was at the counter waiting to place an order,
Burning the HAIL out of the coffee so all of it taste like cigs and it’s yucky every time. The people that work here are very very nice and maybe in their heart they’re doin their best, but sometimes ur best is just not enough and this coffee is eeeeyuckkkky. One time they gived me a lemon cake piece and that gave me a big smile but can we please review our recipes. Love you ok see you later okay bye.
This branch just kinda sucks. I ordered online for pick up and I thought I was gonna be late to pick up my order. but they didn’t start my order until 10 minutes after I was waiting inside, so I had to wait 20 minutes inside of the store for my one singular drink. I don’t usually order Frappuccino’s, but this time I decided to order a caramel ribbon crunch, with extra caramel and extra crunch.
