I see other comments about this location, are the staff loud in there? Maybe....but I LOVED IT! I felt like I was at my friend's place and he was making me a cup of tea! The manager at this location MADE MY DAY! I saw a cup that I wanted to buy, but since he didn't have any left in stock, he simply said "you can have it"! Little did he know it was my 1st Starbucks visit in Charlotte and had just moved from Montreal so wanted to buy that cup as a gift for the son I left back at University in Montreal! My sister and I both got drinks but when they handed it to us at the drive through, both of them were wrong and we didn’t notice until it was too late to change anything. My sister ordered an iced white mocha and it was clearly not white chocolate. She didn’t understand what was wrong at first because it was labeled correctly and when I went to drink my Frappuccino with an extra shot of espresso it tasted flavorless and did not have the extra espresso but they charged us for it.
