This store was better before the remodel. Snarky employees more interested in chit chatting. Gave me a hot drink. When I told them it was supposed to be iced, they just looked at me, huffed, pulled the sleeve down on the hot beverage to read it like I was lying to them or something. Didn't say a single thing to me and instead squeezed the soy curds from the bottom of the container into my cup and handed me this garbage.
Great experience super nice people. Way better than the west and Allen location. I will drive past the woodhaven location just to come here from now on. Sooo... much better!
I love this location. The staff are always friendly and quick with their service.
Approached the counter this morning, nobody was in line had to wait 2 mins to be acknowledged, I asked Lauren the barista taking my order if she was knew how to make chocolate hazelnut cold foam with syrup, not malt and she had a displeased look on her face that I even asked. I opted out of coffee and bought a refresher. She didn’t even have the courtesy to call out my name, just set my drink on the counter and went back to talk to her coworker. Great service Lauren! I hope you have better days!
All the staff are super friendly and patient. I always love when the barista Riley is working
