So dissatisfied. I ordered a venti peppermint hot CHOCOLATE. I got a cup of hot milk with peppermint syrup. No chocolate. On my way to TN, couldn’t get it fixed. Wasted $, wasted milk.

I was in drive up and a car in the line of cars died and could not get it started. An employee tapped on my window and informed me what was happening and asked me to back up and come in the facility and they would get my coffee. I went in the facility and they immediately took care of me and did not charge me for the coffee..I told them it was not their fault that things happen but they refused to take my money. They were all very nice and apologetic . What a very nice crew that this Starbucks has...Thank You again
Stopped on our way through. White Mocha is a staple drink, I don’t understand how it could taste this bad. Tasted like a strong hot coffee with sink water. To top it off the lid popped off while tasting it and spilled all over my husband while he was driving. Sandwich tasted old; one bite and in the trash it went. Y’all need to do some better training!
