No issues with drinks or food. It is a bit irritating being met with screaming through the drive thru speaker at 5:15 in the morning. I totally get they’re trying to be optimistic but there’s no need for that so early. When I pull up in the morning I plug my left ear bc it’s so loud. My bf and some other friends I know that frequent this location say the same thing. Please stop yelling in the speaker or just turn it down. Thanks.
I went through the drive-thru on Thursday, 9/11/25. Lali was my barista who asked for my name for my order at the drive-thru. When I ordered my usual Fall favorite, a hot, Venti, Pumpkin Spice Latte with 2% milk, no Whip, she kindly informed me that 2% was their standard milk; I didn't know that; some cafes use whole milk as their standard. I'm glad Lali informed me that 2% was their standard milk (so, I don't have to specify my milk preference every time). Thank you, Lali!
We had to share this review to highlight Brett, aka "Big Fella." His vibrant and warm personality completely won us over! He made our morning unforgettable with his outstanding customer service. You can teach job skills, but his unique charm is one-of-a-kind! We'll go out of our way to visit this location just for him. You’ve got a true gem on your team-hold onto him!
