A place where misery is a requirement to work there. Staff messes up orders constantly and if you even mention the order is wrong, they become more hostile. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to literally any other coffee place to ensure I’m not subjected to their attitude, apathy, and overall negativity again.
I asked for an iced pink drink extra ice. I got a watered down blended drink.
I almost apologized for breathing the same air as the employees here, it really seemed like I had committed heinous crimes against them just by walking up to the register (while they were sitting there and chatting with one another). I get it, it’s fine, I’m not usually a stickler for friendly customer service because I can be kind of a grump myself, and I’ve worked as a barista in the past, too. I've been here multiple times and every time the baristas have "zero" customer service. They don't smile, they look like they don't want to be there and I really don't like going here, but it's the closest Starbucks to me. These baristas need training or something to correct this because looking at these reviews, it's been an ongoing problem here. I've never seen a Starbucks barista with such awful customer service where I would rather not give them my business. Please address this, thank you.
The employees at this location almost ALWAYS have an attitude, change management or something because your employees are not happy and rude. I always dread having to come here, but it’s closest to me. 0/10 so tired of feeling like I’m annoying for wanting coffee, bye.
