Mobile orders are fine but the one time I ordered in person I got an expensive drink because I wanted to use my stars and when I asked she said yes and to scan my card but then charged me for the drink and couldn’t do anything about it and she was not very nice on top of it.
The people who work here are all really nice but somehow every drink tastes nothing like the same drink at a stand-alone place. Always too sweet or too weak.
Girls working here aren't organized, and treat customers rudely... They didn't call out orders or names when they were ready. The pickup area was full of drinks and us costumers had to rummage through Drinks to find out stuff... and Drinks weren't right...
