The costumer service here is absolutely horrible!! The baristas are miserable and hate their jobs for sure. I have yet to meet one here that enjoys their job and make my drinks correct. When I ask to add something to my drink that I PAID for, they get angry/annoyed and make it worse the next time. This Starbucks needs more professional and competent employees. I have tried time and time again to like this place as it’s the closest to my home but don’t waste your time or money here.
From this location it's easy to see why Starbucks is struggling as a company. The baristas were unfriendly. The "tall" coffee was expensive. The wait was long. I won't be returning.
Only showed one price, where’s the prices for the difference sizes????? Had to ask and boy-oh-boy! It was like I was asking for a description of how big the universe is!
“baristas” were rude and didn’t know what they were doing at all. Don’t come here unless you want terrible drinks
Not only did they completely butcher our drinks, they had a horrible attitude the whole time. The girl making the drinks was slamming things around and when I said “thank you” she just ignored me. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.
