From this location it's easy to see why Starbucks is struggling as a company. The baristas were unfriendly. The "tall" coffee was expensive. The wait was long. I won't be returning.
Only showed one price, where’s the prices for the difference sizes????? Had to ask and boy-oh-boy! It was like I was asking for a description of how big the universe is!
“baristas” were rude and didn’t know what they were doing at all. Don’t come here unless you want terrible drinks
Not only did they completely butcher our drinks, they had a horrible attitude the whole time. The girl making the drinks was slamming things around and when I said “thank you” she just ignored me. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.
Horrendous customer service. Usually, the employees at Starbucks are friendly and helpful, but at this location customers are treated to an eye roll and snarky comments. The employees treat customers like a burden and if you dare interrupt their chatting circle, you are met with hostility and a bad attitude.
