Went through the drive through at around 4:30 pm and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order, no one was there so I drove up at the window and was told I would have to drive around the long line AGAIN and have them take my order. Why am I having to deal with their mistake of terrible customer service? The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful in every way possible this could have been such an easy problem to solve it is incredibly ridiculous how lazy management is and it was terribly frustrating.
An employee by the name of Ashley really showed me a level of kindness that was unexpected. I placed a mobile order and I was going to cancel it when I stepped inside just because it was a busy morning and I didnt want to risk being late for work (not their fault at all). So when I stepped up to the POS and asked to have my order canceled, Ashley told me she would have the team push my order forward.
