The employees seem to be afraid to acknowledge you...why work in customer service if your afraid to deal with the public
I don’t usually frequent this location, but my experiences were always pleasant, until today. It was one thing that I waited 30 minutes for my order, which I placed on the app and it was only one food item. I can understand that the staff are very busy, it is early morning and everyone wants their caffeine and breakfast before work. i have genuinely never met workers that could be this stupid. They have absolutely no manners and should not be working in the food service. instead of the worker saying excuse me she says “HUH” “WHAT ARE YOU SAYING” “HUH” it is so rude
Terrible location! Waited 15 minutes for a matcha that was not properly whipped. Tasted awful! Super gritty. I swear one girl was making all the drinks for the walk-ins, drive thru, and mobile apps on a Saturday morning. I tried to put in a claim via email with Starbucks and that was a joke. The manager wouldn't help me and referred me to a phone number where I put in another 10 minutes of my life asking for credit so I could get another matcha from a call center in India. Forget it!
