10/16 6:00 am I am assuming it was the Manager just throwing away drinks when people aren't responding the first time. People literally could be in the bathroom and come back to no drink. She thought it was funny. People were looking at her mortified.
We ordered 2 banana breads and a soy latte, but they got the order completely wrong. Due to a life-threatening dairy allergy, we ordered soy, but instead the barista used regular milk. When we tried to rectify it and have it remade, the barista just put the milk latte into a different cup with ice, with a tinge of attitude. My mother had an allergic reaction, but luckily was wise enough not to drink it fully before it became too serious. We didn’t get our banana bread either, but instead pumpkin bread.
The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My cold brew had about a half inch of grounds in it. No apology. I changed my request to an iced latte with oat milk and it was so bad it went straight into the trash after one tiny sip.
