This is THE best Drive Thru Starbucks in Lafayette!! Great staff, they always get our orders correct (often very complex 😁), and drive thru is efficient. It’s always been the most consistent and this is my GO TO!! Also we go inside and they have WiFi and clean bathrooms!!
Quality has been consistently disappointing. Every latte I’ve ordered — iced or hot — has a burnt, over-extracted taste. Heavy bitterness, no sweetness or body underneath. It’s the same every visit, which points to a process issue rather than a bad day: shots running too long, stale beans, or equipment that needs cleaning.
I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT I CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE RUDE AND UNWELCOMING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STARBUCKS LOCATION. WHEN I COME IN, THERE IS OFTEN NO GREETING, NO HELLO, AND I AM LEFT FEELING COMPLETELY IGNORED WHILE TRYING TO PLACE OR PICK UP MY ORDER. THIS HAS BECOME A REPEATED ISSUE, NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. I HAVE ESPECIALLY EXPERIENCED THIS BEHAVIOR FROM AN EMPLOYEE NAMED HUNTER, WHO HAS MADE ME FEEL DELIBERATELY IGNORED AND UNWELCOME ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.
