I went to drive thru and I was waiting for more than 25 minutes which was ok I understand but I ordered large matcha and they gave me medium size I asked for light ice and when I said I ordered large the lady was very rude and said gave me my drink back and she refund my money back and said pay for large one and again she gave me large one with extra ice I think she just changed the cup and added with extra ice which I didn’t expect that
I’m a morning visitor & the baristas are the best! Friendly, smiling & coffee is the best!
This is by far my favorite Starbucks location, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and the warmest, most welcoming energy. Friendly staff
It is Sunday night, and I just ordered an iced White Chocolate Mocha. B took my order and was so pleasant and patient with me. Even this late in the day the staff was so cheerful and helpful, they made me a beautiful drink, and I was so grateful, as I had been looking forward to iced coffee all day. Thank you from a grateful veteran. :)
