Walked in and the cashier or assistant manager for Lin's "Ayssa" (this is what her name badge said) was talking with a customer about life in front of me, she saw me standing there and gave me a dirty look (like i didn't belong there) and for the next 2 mins just kept giving me dirty look after look never saying anything to me and kept talking to her friend smiling. Frustrating how i waited in line since 4:30 am for the release of the limited edition cups and i was 2nd to walk in the store at 6am to find out the cups i was looking for are already taken. I can only assume the starbucks employees had to have had put them aside for them selves . Seems like one has to work at Starbucks to be able to get your hands on these cups. The reason why I’m giving this Starbucks a 1 star is because it never fails that even when doing a mobile order I always still have to wait an extra 10 mins of the estimated time my order said it would be ready. Not doing this because of the staff the girls there are amazing, it’s management that for whatever reason thinks only having one employee in the morning is a good idea. They have to run back and forth making drinks, heating up food, helping the customers at the register like you can’t actually think someone can do th... read more
