I took my daughter here to start her birthday. When we walked in not one person greeted us, there were 4 baristas available and no other customers in the store. We had done a mobile order and two of our three drinks were ready, no big deal we waited. While waiting a person who I assume worked there and who had had a baby came in. Very exciting, and I get that, but the barista working on my daughter's drink left her station to go and greet the woman and the baby.. when she was done she went back to the drink process ok great.... read more
Order d and picked up in minutes and order was exactly as I requested.
I have NEVER heard a manager refer to their employee as "that big girl." I feel bad for that girl, and I refuse to go to this location. Hope she gets investigated- pay better attention to who is leading/managing your employees...
