OK, so this Starbucks is typically phenomenal with service and paying attention to detail but today the drink was inconsistent and it was not what we asked for It was made as if they were in a rush and we were very disappointed with the drink

I had a bit of a confusing experience at Starbucks today. My sister had ordered a pastry, but she went to the bathroom and I was holding it for her. We had already eaten it, and while waiting I asked for a cup of water. The barista told me that I needed to buy something to get water. I explained that we had just bought a pastry and already ate it, which is why I was just asking for water.
