I just came in to redeem my birthday reward and the barista had no clue how to make a simple iced latte with cold foam. First she just put regular black coffee in a cup until my boyfriend corrected her, then she remade it and forgot ice then she opened the lid with her hand on the mouth part and poured ice in getting coffee all over the cup, the 3rd and final time she remade it it looked like she did everything fine until I left the store after 15 mins and she put granulated sugar in my iced latte which I did not order. I’ve tried to mobile order matcha every afternoon for weeks and it is ALWAYS unavailable. Clearly more product needs to be ordered if one of your most popular drinks is never available.
Was never a Starbucks person, but I gave it a try. Got the cookie crumble Frappuccino and it was amazing. One of the best drinks I had in a while went back. The next day first sip was OK. The rest of it was just plain and tasted like crushed ice went back the next day. It was the same thing never tasted like the first one I got.
