So this is my experience, I mobile ordered yesterday through the Starbucks app (wasn’t sure if it was busy) when I came in it was dead so all the staff was hanging out and talking I asked the red head girl with the tattoo on her arm if I can get my mobile order she said technically she couldn’t because she not clocked in yet but she didn’t want me to wait so she helped me and gave me my stuff she asked how my morning was going and how am I I told her my morning going good and I’m ok and she asked if I needed any utensils or ... read more

Terrible they got my name completely wrong and I had to wait 20 minutes because I thought my drink wasn’t ready. I don’t understand how they got crystal from Tracy.
