Overall not happy they are always out of stock and girl name Kiana seems like she hate to be there. And it’s supposed to close at 8 but I went there at 6:50 and they were closed the 2 young girls were just on their phone others girl was sitting in a back closet. Sunday @ 16:55 2 employees. one on phone, other back to counter. half-hearted greeting after 3-4 sec. said i’d like a grande coffee. saw Pike and Ethiopian signs above brewers. neither is brewed - offered to brew for me. passed. you’re a quick-serve coffee shop, you’ve got no coffee brewed and typing or playing on your phone takes precedence over brewing coffee? confirmation of next-gen commitment to learning the life skill of caring about your work and pursuing excellence? idk. coffee’s not that good anyways!

This location always has something out of order or they already started cleaning the Frappuccino machine so they couldn’t complete my order. Ridiculous!!
