Generally, this Starbucks location is pretty much like other Starbucks locations. Except at night, that is. This location routinely closes earlier than the 9 p.m. close time that's noted everywhere. Note to management: your bratty employees literally spread pain instead of joy, every single day, to hundreds of people. It’s so simple as someone in customer service to make someone else’s day better…or worse. Your employees choose to do the opposite. Read your reviews. It’s full of complaints about customer service and these are just tiny glimpses into the problem.
