This is starting to happen too often that it’s getting ridiculous. The 2 stars are for Estefina. Idk if she’s the manager or what but when she’s there, drinks are going out at the correct times and are made properly. But if estefina isn’t there, best believe that they’ll mess up your drink a bunch of times and take 3x the amount of time it’s supposed to take. Just bought a large coffee. I use cash constantly. Store my bills in the valet, neatly, had 3 $20 bills and a$5. I give the girl $20, and she gives me $1 and change. When I ask about the change amount, she says it was a$5. I asked her how confident she is about it. She looks in my eyes and repeats that it was a $5! Well, in my valet is left 2 $20's and a $5. I didn't insist on checking the video cameras. Just watch out next time you are using the cash at this location!😕
