Just bought a large coffee. I use cash constantly. Store my bills in the valet, neatly, had 3 $20 bills and a$5. I give the girl $20, and she gives me $1 and change. When I ask about the change amount, she says it was a$5. I asked her how confident she is about it. She looks in my eyes and repeats that it was a $5! Well, in my valet is left 2 $20's and a $5. I didn't insist on checking the video cameras. Just watch out next time you are using the cash at this location!😕
Always a pleasant smile and a big hello every time I go and I go 3 times a week. TC she is an outstanding person with great customer service skills. The shop is a better place when she is there. Unlike a few that have a bad attitude. TC no matter what is doing her best for the Starbucks customers. She comes into the lobby and asks is there anything she can get additional to complete there time with Starbucks. An A+++++ employee .
