Once again, I go to a Starbucks and because they only have one version of organic I am resigning to just getting that flavor. When I tried to order it, they told me they don’t have any in the store. After pushing back it turns out they have 12 bags again. It’s disgusting how Starbucks tries to push the non-organic Coffee that is potentially sprayed with chemicals
Do better. On hot summer days not handing out water is not how you retain customers. Found one location I won’t be visiting again.
It’s clear they prioritize the drive thru compared to in-store orders. When I got my drink, it didn’t have the cold foam on it that I ordered. When I asked for it, they said that I had to pay for it (I already did). I showed her it said cold foam on the sticker and she reluctantly made it after finishing more drinks for the drive thru. To make matters worse, they poured out some of my latte into the sink to make room for the cold foam instead of just scooping out some ice, so I missed out on some of my espresso too. Editing my review. I talked to the manager of my usual location by Walmart and she encouraged me to give this location another chance. I’m a creature of habit, but she spoke very highly of this location, so I thought I’d give it another go. I’m happy to report that my most recent visit was a positive one! My coffee was good, made quickly, and I was also offered a free sandwich which was an added bonus! I frequently mobile order but I normally go to a different location.
