I sat down at the counter with my son and the associate said very loudly “Can I help you? Are you going to order something??” I had been sitting there for all of 30 seconds and I was attempting to place a mobile order. Then they were out of what we ordered and he told me I should have ordered “at the store” and not through the mobile app. We frequent a different Starbucks multiple times a week and I have never been spoken to that way. Very rude and condescending, should be doing something else.
The most unfriendliest and incompetent service I’ve gotten
Found it very weird that when you tell them no ice then can’t even give you a decent size drink, we have ordered before no ice drink and they have come fine always . This is the first when the barista is like I can’t give you a whole drink! Weird!
