Asked for cup of water for my child and they refused to provide me any water without paying. I showed them a copy and receipt for a Starbucks drink I purchased from a different location that same day, they said that does not count as a purchase. It is basic human courtesy to provide a customer with water especially if it’s for a kid and especially if they are providing you with proof of purchase at one of your organizations locations that same day. Some staff are extremely rude. Can't use the bathroom without getting a attitude. They get mad if you ask for no ice.
Nice baristas and very clean store with comfortable seating and nice, dedicated patio area. Great job! Nice to see that Starbucks is spending money to improve their stores and keep them clean. Unfortunately, the outdoor patio chairs have got to be the most uncomfortable and cheaply constructed of any of the shops on the Southside.
