I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered an iced coffee, but I received it without ice. The order was incorrect and not what I asked for, and the taste was extremely bad. I contacted the store to report the issue, but the employee was very rude and hung up the phone on me. This is unacceptable. The quality of the drink was poor, and the customer service was even worse.
The coffee ☕ is very hot which is expected, but filling hot coffee to the rim of the cup will burn the customer?
