Dear Starbucks Customer Service, I wanted to share my experience while trying to purchase the new bear cup this morning. My friend and I arrived at the store around 4 a.m. and were the first customers in line, hoping to get the cup. Several other customers arrived after us and lined up behind. All the workers here are MARVELOUS! Everyone is so kind and smiling and sweet. The food is exceptional! They leave you wanting to come back again and again!
