I mean there drinks are fresh and good but there service is horrible there was a lady who kept being rude to my child’s and they kept being mean to other customers.please change your service.

Have the audacity to charge me five cents for a bag and can’t get my drink right. I asked for light ice and they made it thick with too much ice. They then made it with less ice with no pink foam at the top. I got the strawberry matcha frappe. They’re supposed to be pink phone at the top. They’re very nice but incompetent. That’s the only reason why I’m not giving them one star.

I’ve frequented this Starbucks at Industry City many times, usually walking away with a smooth, unremarkable experience or a well-handled interaction worth a good tip. I’m not someone who skimps either: I’ve never tipped less than $5, and on this occasion, I tipped $10 after ordering multiple drinks to treat my staff.
