Overall, a nice small location, not too busy at least in the late afternoon when I visited. Music can be loud, and the seating is somewhat limited. The branch is open until 9pm, which is convenient. The service was great, and when they already had no option for a regular coffee as a refill before closing, the lady barista proactively offered me a choice of Americano or latte instead, which was awesome and appreciated.

I recently had one of the most frustrating and confusing experiences at your 37th Street, Brooklyn location. I ordered a small coffee and waited, assuming the cashier would hand it to me right away. They never did. While I was standing there, another customer behind me even asked if I had ordered, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Eventually, I went to the pickup area, but my coffee was still not given to me — even though it had been sitting ready by the cashier. No one informed me that I could simply take it... read more
