Dbl chocolate chip frappe is not what it used to be ..but brownie is da'bomb!!
At the beginning they would do my order correct but now they don’t get my orders right. And I also order a cold drink and they gave me hot instead and I saw how they just put the ice in a coup and pour the hot drink in the cup with ice.
As always, this was an awesome experience. The associates were helpful and worked collaboratively. One associate took my order, and while she was busy helping another customer, a second associate completed my order for the first associate. It was mere minutes before I received my order. The mood in this store is quite and relaxing. I stayed longer than expected, which gave me opportunity to complete personal business that had been hanging over my head for weeks.
