I I visit Starbucks almost every day for breakfast, but today I had a concerning experience. There was no line, and despite having three workers present, I waited 5 minutes to place my order. One employee, who was handling garbage, took my order without washing her hands. When I asked her to wash her hands before preparing my food, she ignored my request and continued serving me and other customers. I'm now hesitant to return due to her unsanitary practices. Just close it down . They clearly don’t want to work here . The young black gentleman with dreads did his best .. the other workers I don’t know man .. time to clean house ! Bad representation of Starbucks.
Terrible wait time most of the time, And not because theyre understaffed. Today they had 5 baristas, some just walking around, nobody heating up food, no multitasking skills were present.
Waited almost 30 minutes for a black iced Americano and when it came out they actually managed to still get my order wrong and it was hot Y’all gotta chill on the DoorDash orders or something idk
