Terrible service, I received more ice than product.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I ordered a venti Pink Drink with no ice and I was told it would not be filled because i ordered with no ice. I was handed a venti cup that was barely more than half full, although i paid full price!! I took photos before touching the drink because it looked that bad, and I wish I could attach them here. Just attitude and a half-empty cup. This was poor customer service.
Its terrible I made delivery the coffee and there is no coffee inside all around mess, I wanted to reported and called them , but they never answered. I spent 20$ for nothing!!!!🤬🤬🤬
The second time I've been to this location because it's close to me. But, they don't ask for my name and then the female kept saying there's no name on the order. I ask if it's my order because he didn't ask for my name and there was attitude in her response.. Plus they don't give a receipt so anyone could say it's their order.
Hoy tuve que esperar alrededor de 10 minutos solo para que tomen mi orden ellos hablaban y jugueteaban entre ellos y no cojian mi orden otros 20 para que me terminen dando algo que yo no pedí y su respuesta fue “ I’m sorry “ que escucho mal termine perdiendo mi tiempo con personal que no hace bien su trabajo
