Lovè their Ube Coconut Iced Latte
Stopped here around 10:15am to get a coffee and a sandwich and ended up staying for 40 minutes. It wasn’t even that busy. They didn’t start making my order until I said something and I heard one person say that he’s been waiting over an hour for a mango refresher. Very unorganized and unapologetic about the delays.
Severely understaffed. Everyone waiting 30-40 minutes
Ugly, clear glass staff room in the center of everything taking up valuable window space. Customer feels less important
I went in there today and before I can order I sat down to put my stuff down and the manager told me that if I’m not ordering anything I have to go and he gave me a time frame to order my stuff.
