Ugly, clear glass staff room in the center of everything taking up valuable window space. Customer feels less important
I went in there today and before I can order I sat down to put my stuff down and the manager told me that if I’m not ordering anything I have to go and he gave me a time frame to order my stuff.
Had went inside to sit for a second while I make an online order and a new manager told me I can’t sit in here anymore and put me on a time frame for how long I will be there. Was very rude and was confused because when has this ever become a rule. This is always a safe space for me but today I did not feel that.
The two slowest baristas I’ve ever seen, 9mn to take my order and 17mn to make it, I had time to take the train and take my coffee home, shame on you guys!
