Terrible service, ordered a matcha latte and they didn’t mix the matcha well, it was sitting at the bottom of the cup, barista refused to mix it up again
Gloria from Madagascar looking hoe had the nastiest attitude. Extremely rude to costumers and hates her job. If you hate it that bad leave don’t take it out on the people you want tips from.
Very unprofessional. The cashier he doesn’t even take orders he ie busy talking to his co-workers 🤷♀️
They are nice but they move painfully slow! And prioritize chatting with each other and mobile orders rather than the customers in front of them when fulfilling the orders.
