Waited almost 30 minutes for a black iced Americano and when it came out they actually managed to still get my order wrong and it was hot Y’all gotta chill on the DoorDash orders or something idk
Today’s the first time I came into this store. That male cashier was horrible. He got a stank attitude like I personally affected him. His demeanor needs to change. Did not feel welcome

The first time I came into this store .. I was ecstatic to try their new drinks. Unfortunately, I’ve had an unpleasant experience. The employees that work here do not provide good customer service and make horrible drinks! It is unfortunate to see that management is not doing anything to fix this issue. These employees have an attitude with customers and the managers on the floor are absolutely unprofessional. It is not worth it !!! I certainly won’t be coming back.
