This place 2x times I've been to this location, and the baristas are just running off at the mouth with each other. Leave in me waiting extended periods for a tall drink.That turns out when I get to my car. Isn't the drink I asked for.
I went there with my wife to get a coffee not one hi welcome to starbucks or hello when we walked in the front door. On top of that the drink was made wrong and when we told the associate her response was, well it's gonna be awhile. After they made the new drink the cold foam was all over the top of the lid. Very bad service
From the moment of ordering my drink at the speaker to picking up my order at the window I was greeted with such kindness and a bubbly personality that made the start of my morning that much better. Thank you Suzie for making my experience a positive one!
