The brunette supervisor is horrible; so rude and disrespectful to customers and employees. She Refused to give me a splash of coconut milk (which has never been a problem- I order the same thing every day) after I waited 25 minutes for my mobile order. placed an order for a frappuccino, it was made very quickly and the staff was friendly upon pickup! however, when i got my drink it was not blended very well. every sip was chunks of ice i had to chew on and it was really hard to sip because my straw kept getting clogged by the ice ☹️ normally the drinks are really smooth and delicious but i think they might’ve been in a hurry to make it this time. i wasn’t able to drink my full drink because when i got to about 1/4 of it left it was straight ice that i couldn’t suck up with... read more
Service was fast and kind. Atmosphere was clean and inviting. Drinks were great!
Employees focus on preparing orders for those in the drive thru, and ignore or delay preparing drinks for customers who order online and are waiting. After about 5 minutes, I stood next to the pickup area. Employee said nothing to me but suddenly started making my drink. This happens all the time.
