We had order 4 drinks thru the drive thru and it took them about 15-20 minutes to make them. Once we have received the drinks a lot of them didn’t taste like they were supposed to taste. Both of the drinks were really watered down and the other one didn’t have any flavor at all. I was really disappointed that after all of the wait the drinks didn’t even come out how they were supposed to taste..
Coffee was good
Today, I visited the Starbucks on 5th Street, as is my usual routine. I went through the drive-thru to order my coffee, but when I reached the speaker, someone answered without ringing up my order. They simply responded with "okay" to my request for a Venti Cinnamon Dolce Latte, hot, with extra whipped cream and extra cinnamon dolce toppings. I have had cold centers in my sandwiches from this place 3x in a row. Otherwise very great location.
Infested with small flies!!! Passed through Charlottesville and stopped in. After ordering, notice the whole glass food case invested with flies. While waiting, noticed little black flies all over the white walls. I dunno what was going on but customers were noticing and grossed out. All over the store!!! Avoid this place for sanitation reasons!!!! Barista were sweet tho
