Very friendly staff- greeted us upon entry and made us feel welcome. Our food and coffees were ready quickly and piping hot.

Drinks are never made correctly, staff doesn’t care at all about the quality of the drinks being put out. The sweet cream for cold foam is never refrigerated, causing spoiled milk cold foam to be served to customers. Staff is also so rude anytime I ask a drink to be fixed.

All 4 of our drinks were made wrong. We sent them back, they only remade 3, and they remade them worse than before. They claimed the lavender cold foam “sinks” that’s why it wasn’t not on top. We’ve ordered the lavender matcha at many other Starbucks and they make it perfectly, with the cold foam on top as advertised. This location is awful. Our 2 light ice drinks they made with heavy ice. They gave me a tall when I ordered a grande. Will NOT be back 😅 spending $50+ on coffee I expect quality and to get what I ordered.
