Ordered on the app and the went to pick it up. The young lady at the window was just rude, like we were bothering her by being there. The cup that one drink came in was bent and the lid wouldn’t stay on and I told her and she looked at me crazy and tried to keep putting it on. I said no the cup is messed up and she deep sighed and took it back. Anyways, she just wasn’t nice or even mildly pleasant. Red made sure that my drink was allergen free. And was very nice and quick. 10/10 recommend

First off, the person that helped us at the counter for breakfast, had no hair net on his beard. They called my name for the order and the order was not ready. When the order came in, the sandwich was the wrong one. The coffee was not hot. We decided to sit at a table. The tables we're dirty. Ended up just eating our car. To the Starbucks owner- that's easy to pass the buck to some website, but you're not addressing the problem directly. That's a sad excuse for your customers and employees alike.
