Well Starbucks has officially lost another customer! I’m so tired of placing an order and it not being what I asked for and rather than try to fix their mistake they just give lazy excuses. If you want baristas who actually want to make quality drinks the way you order them then look across the parking lot and you will see contempo roast. That place doesn’t have a drive thru but their drinks never disappoint!
If you like spending 20 minutes in line, this is your place.
The quality has drastically fallen recently. Every time we order drinks with 3-4 extra shots of expresso for our drinks, we never receive them and end up with an overpriced hot milk. Something has changed with Starbucks and it’s not for the good. Steer away from this place if you don’t want to pay for products you don’t receive. We feel cheated every time they fail to make the drink we paid for.
