Service staff rarely greets with enthusiasm here, or just greets in general. Only Starbucks I’ve been to where they never ask your name for your drink and just set it down with all the other drinks waiting to be picked up.
Starbucks is always my to go place for any drink or coffee.
I stopped by this Starbucks to get a coffee through the drive-thru. I placed my order, but I was never notified that a tip had been added to my purchase. I understand tipping is optional, but customers should be clearly informed before a tip is added to their total. I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and would appreciate better communication about charges like this.
Such a nice environment and staff! Always have friendly faces, it's my favorite Starbucks in town! It's also great to get work done at!
The parking lot looks like a trash dump. I tried to call and report it to the manager and they keep screening the calls and won’t put the manager on the phone. Starbucks and chipotle need to clean up their parking lot. It looks terrible also, I noticed it’s the only store that won’t put out the half-and-half. Every other Starbucks in the region has the half-and-half out. A rude girl said to me it was because they’re too slow that’s incorrect. There’s no such thing.
