Very slow execution of orders
I usually order thru the App & walk-in pick up. Drinks have always been made the way I order them. Friendly service. No delays.
Visited the store this morning on 9/ 11/2025 around 8:50 am. There were at least 5 employees working. Not one of them greeted me or acknowledged me. A white woman walked in a few moments after me and was greeted with a huge 'Welcome to Starbucks'. Not sure why as a Black man i was disregarded, but it didn't feel good.
