This location is always spot on! I always come through the drive through in the mornings and its fast and drinks are great. Nothing like starting your day with a good iced coffee and chocolate croissant. The crew is amazing and gets my order correct every time.
I’ve always had positive experiences at this Starbucks, and the customer service has consistently been exceptional. That’s why I’m disappointed to have to write this review. Today, when I walked into the store, I noticed several flies inside the pastry display case. It was honestly concerning enough that I almost turned around and left. Went to this location and was met at the window by an awfully rude employee by the name of Mark, employee has name called me and harassed me before trying to pay for my order, i was very stunned by his actions, and i have reported this issue to the District manager and manager but always have doubt, and no hope that they will take care of the issue at hand.. Great atmosphere and the staff are always so welcoming and supportive! This location is my favorite location in Newnan.
The staff at this location is always so friendly. It really makes it enjoyable to be able to sit and enjoy your coffee.
