I’m extremely disappointed with how an employee named Alana handled a very simple situation. My pregnant girlfriend came into this Starbucks and asked for a cup of water. That’s it. She was not asking for a free drink, food, or anything expensive. She was asking for water. Alana told her she had to buy something first. don’t know how to make your own drinks! Some people like the taste of coffee I ordered an americano and they handed me a latte.
Every single time i order starbucks through DoorDash i never get what i payed for. Last time i ordered through DoorDash the store forgot to give the dasher my drink, never got my money back. This time i ordered with my coworkers and payed 3 extra dollars for customizations and didn’t get it.
This is the worst place they mess up my coffee twice today. I had a horrible experience in this place never gonna go back.
