Truly terrible service
I dont know what's happening with this place but the service has dropped and when the make Frappuccino its not the same anymore 😕 disappointing 😔
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Starbucks. I am a regular customer and have always trusted your company, which is why this situation is so upsetting. After purchasing a drink from your location, I discovered what appeared to be baby roaches inside it. This location is a skip! I consistently get horrendous drinks. It’s flavored milk most of the time. Today was my last when I ordered an horchata shaken espresso lined with caramel and it was 70 percent ice and 10 percent caramel. The amount of caramel was obscene. For this just drive down to Common grounds and get actual coffee.
