I walked into the store to have a seat so I could place an order. I only sat down for 10 minutes, and the store manager came up to me to ask if I was ordering. I told the store manager I will place an order. I was trying to figure out how to reset my password so I'll be able to receive points for my order. Above and beyond service. I brought my laptop and worked from there for about 2 hours. When I was about to leave,one of the team members asked if I wanted some water to go as he noticed I’d been working there for a bit. Surprised and delighted - small gesture, huge impact.
