Really bad customer service. You would think that if you walk to the counter and the employee is sitting on the coach on her break and sees you looking around for help that she would voice that instead of just sitting in her phone.
When I came to get a coffee three staff members sat at table, and refused to serve me until their break was over.
If I could give this Starbucks located in the Metro market off of W. Capitol Dr. a zero star review I would do it. And I’m one who states, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all, but I have to say something about this location. When I went in to get a couple things at the Market I thought I’d stop real quick and grab a coffee, when I got there. It said “come back in 30 minutes, on break”, that didn’t really upset me. Very rude barista at the Starbucks. My wife and 9 year old daughter had the worst experience. The barista was doing inventory at 9am on a Tuesday. My wife was on a time crunch so she kindly told the lady if her order could be put in. The barista started her attitude by throwing her clipboard. As she was making my wife’s/daughter’s drink, the barista was making unnecessary noise by banging the Starbucks equipment and cabinet doors. Starbucks employees are very kind and respectful.
