When I came to get a coffee three staff members sat at table, and refused to serve me until their break was over.
If I could give this Starbucks located in the Metro market off of W. Capitol Dr. a zero star review I would do it. And I’m one who states, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all, but I have to say something about this location. When I went in to get a couple things at the Market I thought I’d stop real quick and grab a coffee, when I got there. It said “come back in 30 minutes, on break”, that didn’t really upset me. Very rude barista at the Starbucks. My wife and 9 year old daughter had the worst experience. The barista was doing inventory at 9am on a Tuesday. My wife was on a time crunch so she kindly told the lady if her order could be put in. The barista started her attitude by throwing her clipboard. As she was making my wife’s/daughter’s drink, the barista was making unnecessary noise by banging the Starbucks equipment and cabinet doors. Starbucks employees are very kind and respectful. Hearing this was very concerning
Store was closed when I got there. Was listed as open until 7 on maps and 8 on the Starbucks app.
